Content of frequent legal consultancy services:
- Provide consultation on internal organization of clients;
- Provide consultation on enterprise control, up-building, development and protection of enterprises’ intellectual property rights;
- Provide consultation on Vietnamese legal regulations about contracts, proposing legal as well as real solutions during negotiation process with partners;
- Frequently provide clients with newest information that is relevant/likely to impact manufacturing and business operations;
- Consider legal attribution of files drafted by clients or support clients in drafting contracts and transaction documents;
- Attend as Lawyer of clients in negotiation, signing and performance of contract negotiation;
- Provide lists of any new legal documents that are relevant to operation field of enterprise periodically (weekly, monthly) through emails, faxes, mails;
- Give special discount from 10% to 30% value of contracts signed outside frequent legal consultancy contract.
